- Contact information you provide — such as your name, email address, region/neighborhood, and mobile phone number.
- Service request & application information — for mothers: due date, care type, and care needs; for caregiver applicants: experience, certifications, and work authorization.
- Detailed intake information you choose to provide after a consultation (for example, health-related notes for care planning, or, for caregivers, onboarding documents).
- Communications — messages you send us by email, phone, web form, or text message, and our responses.
- Technical and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically when you visit the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your service request or caregiver application and arrange consultations.
- To match mothers with suitable caregivers and coordinate care schedules.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent

Program description
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, WithMom Care may send you recurring text messages such as application and request status updates, the secure link to complete your detailed intake form, caregiver-matching notifications, care schedule reminders, and replies to your inquiries.
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages by (a) providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our request or caregiver-application form on the Site, or (b) texting us directly to start a conversation. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.
Message frequency, rates, and help
- Message frequency varies based on your request, application, and care arrangements.
- Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message. After you send a stop request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt in again.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our service, for example:
- With the caregiver matched to you (or, for caregivers, with the mother you are matched with), to the extent needed to provide care.
- With service providers that help us operate (such as our email and SMS messaging providers), who may use the information only to perform services for us.

Important: As stated in Section 4, your mobile opt-in information, phone number provided for SMS, and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our SMS provider receives your number solely to deliver the messages you requested.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access-controlled storage for sensitive documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
