Off duty
Breaks and off-duty hours are not included in the 12 working hours. A family caregiver must cover these periods. An additional support caregiver can be discussed separately.

Within your booked hours, needs come first.
We prioritize non-medical support for mom and newborn within the booked hours. Medical treatment, general deep cleaning and sibling care are not part of the standard plan.
We confirm the scope and schedule during consultation and contracting.
