Amounts and payment terms are confirmed in your quote and agreement. Care fees are generally due in full one month before care begins. Please discuss short-notice requests with us.
If travel or lodging is needed after the caregiver is assigned, based on their actual starting location, separate costs are quoted for your approval in advance.

Check whether your or your spouse’s employer plan covers outside postpartum care. We do not guarantee provider eligibility or reimbursement.
Ask your plan about covered services, provider credentials, pre-approval, documents and reimbursement timing.
