A few common questions

Can I choose this service in either language?

Yes. Korean and English are language preferences, independent of the service you choose.

What are the hours?

Day 8 and Night 10 start and end times are agreed in the quote. Mixed A is 05:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00; Mixed B is 08:00–14:00, 16:00–19:00 and 21:00–00:00 the next day. Off-duty hours require separate family coverage; accommodation does not mean 24-hour care.

Can I confirm care now?

Consultation requests are open. Booking, payment and assignment remain unavailable until contract review and provider verification are complete.
