Education, reassurance and practical newborn support as your family settles in.

Both Korean Postpartum Care and Certified Postpartum Doula Care offer Day 4-hour care from a preferred start date and a minimum of two weeks in one-week increments, with either 09:00–13:00 or 13:00–17:00. For 8-, 10- and 12-hour care, choose a preferred start date and at least two weeks in one-week increments. Actual care and rest dates are confirmed in your individual quote.

Mixed Doula Care requires an itemized company-approved quote and customer acceptance before contract or payment. First and last partial-day hours and price must be agreed separately.

Meals and optional support

Korean meals are not automatically included in Doula Care. Any light meal or Korean meal support must be written into the agreed scope and quote. Mixed Care meal count and timing require confirmation; Night Care has no meal option.

Twins and spouse meals are separately reviewed options. Only approved, actually provided spouse portions apply. No automatic extras. Massage is a professional referral only.

Provider verification

The ProDoula credential holder is WithMom Director Sinok Kang, CD-PIC. The assigned caregiver’s credentials, permitted scope and work schedule are reviewed for each individual assignment. New assignments and contracts remain blocked until required checks and review are complete.

A few common questions

Can I choose this service in either language?

Yes. Korean and English are language preferences, independent of the service you choose.

What are the hours?

Day 4-hour care uses either 09:00–13:00 or 13:00–17:00, each a continuous four-hour block. Day 8 and Night 10 start and end times are agreed in the quote. Mixed A is 05:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00; Mixed B is 08:00–14:00, 16:00–19:00 and 21:00–00:00 the next day. Off-duty hours require separate family coverage; accommodation does not mean 24-hour care.
